Severe thunderstorms from a stalled cold front in southern Minnesota on April 13 generated very large hail and multiple tornadoes, with preliminary EF-0 to low EF-1 damage reported at farms near Truman and Amboy. Additional storm reports include heavy rain, pending full confirmation.
