JWB Real Estate Capital, led by President Alex Sifakis, completed a $17 million restoration of the historic 12-story Greenleaf & Crosby Building in downtown Jacksonville after purchasing it for $7 million in 2022, reopening it in February with company offices on five floors. The project is part of JWB's series of adaptive reuse efforts including the former Federal Reserve Building and others.
