Severe storms on April 17 produced at least six tornadoes, including EF-1 damage in Pecatonica, Harrison, and Roscoe, Illinois, plus large hail over 2 inches, wind damage, and heavy rainfall causing river rises on the Rock, Fox, and Des Plaines.
