Snohomish County residents can now access expanded FEMA financial aid following President Trump's April 7, 2026, major disaster declaration for record flooding, mudslides and storms from Dec. 5-19, 2025, causing over $18 million in public infrastructure damage. The announcement was issued April 27, 2026.
