Severe storms spanning over 1,000 miles from Minnesota to Texas are delivering large hail and tornadoes, following a Midwest outbreak with 79 tornadoes last Friday that included two EF-3 twisters in Wisconsin, 85+ mph winds, 3-inch hail and flooding. A Level 3 risk now targets south-central Kansas including Wichita for Thursday.
