Severe storms spanning from Minnesota to Texas are delivering tornadoes and large hail, following a Friday April 17 outbreak with 79 tornadoes across the Heartland that destroyed homes, caused power outages and included two EF-3 twisters in Wisconsin. Ongoing threats include Level 3 risk in south-central Kansas including Wichita.
