Lawmakers are pushing a congressional bill to address veterans' exposure to toxic PFAS chemicals contaminating Virginia's ecosystem, amid ongoing gaps in VA benefits recognition under the PACT Act. The PACT Act already provides presumptive benefits for over 20 conditions linked to burn pits, Agent Orange and other hazards.
