The Restoration Industry Association's Women in Restoration Network announced it has reached 800 members and will hold its inaugural national summit in Nashville, Tennessee, on Sept. 18-19, 2025.
The summit will feature two days of programming including technical workshops on large-loss project management, insurance claim negotiation, and IICRC certification pathways, alongside business development sessions on financing, marketing, and building insurance carrier relationships.
Keynote speakers include a former FEMA regional administrator who now runs a women-owned disaster recovery consulting firm, and the founder of one of the largest women-owned restoration companies in the Southeast, which generated $12 million in revenue in 2024.
"This summit is about building the professional infrastructure that women in this industry need to advance," said WIR Network Chair Denise Driscoll. "Mentorship, technical training, and business development — all in one place."
Registration is open to RIA members and non-members. Early bird pricing is available through June 15.
