Scattered severe storms on April 13 evening brought baseball-sized hail up to 2.75 inches in Lyon, Osage, and Franklin counties, Kansas, plus two confirmed tornadoes including an EF-2 that damaged homes and businesses in Ottawa. No serious injuries were reported.
